I’ve been working with Tim for nearly 10 years, and each experience was great. I’ve purchased 3 homes, refinanced a couple times. Tim and his assistant Carol are very knowledgeable and knows how to get the loan closed. They are experts in VA home loans and will give you great advice and different scenarios. Tim and Carol are and always have been on top of everything! ...very thorough and communicative and explains everything very well as we work through a very stressful process. We are repeat clients and have been with Tim for multiple transactions now for the past 14 years - He gets us the best rate and he is familiar with our history; Tim always delivers the best service and makes sure we are comfortable and understand our options so we can make the best decision. He especially knows how to navigate through what can be a very difficult VA Loan process, which not every lender can successfully do well! We were able to close on the property we were selling and then he and his team transferred the VA entitlement immediately upon closing so that we could fund and close the loan on our new home the following day! We are so thankful for Tim being available to answer our calls and texts (even on weekends or late at night) and understanding the urgency of completing action items to keep the process moving along....Our realtors were impressed, too! They have not experienced a VA closing that quick! Time and the Fairway team are top notch and we will recommend to any of our family and friends needing their services!!

Tim was awesome from beginning to end. He answered all our questions and was in constant contact through the entire process. Buying a home is one of the most stressful things I’ve ever done but with Tim and Fairway it was a breeze. Hey Vets he closed a VA loan in 14 days for us hassle free he’s your guy.

Accurate quick communication. Straight forward talk.

I worked with Carol and I provided her updated statements for July payoffs. She did not want to update the amounts due and now I have overpaid my debts by $2442. This could have been avoided if Carol would have updated the amounts before signing the documents. Second, Carol knew that the title company found a judgement of someone with my name but they didn't validate the SSN to confirm it was mine before adding it to the preliminary title report. This was the first time I've seen a title company not verify a judgement by using a SSN, they only used my name and county. Third, the appraiser didn't give us credit for solar and removed 400 sq. ft. from my home value. The pervious owner had the square footage included in his appraisal not sure why this appraiser made the decision he did but I will be looking into his report further. Forth, the process usually goes quickly but this time it seemed like I provided all the information quickly but it still took over 30 days to close. Cross country quoted me a 2 week close but I choose to work with Tim since he provided great service the last time. This time my experience was not so great.

Tim made this process easy for us. My husband would send him home price amounts we were looking at & Tim would quickly respond back with the numbers broken down for us. He worked with us for a couple years now trying to find the right house for us. After a break from looking for a home, once we jumped back in, Tim was ready to get things moving forward for us.
