Tim was phenomenal to work with; he was always available - no matter the time of day, or day of the week; and he was always straightforward and honest with us. He was able to make whatever we needed happen, even when we were in doubt. He never stopped working for us, and we trusted him fully with all requests. I doubt we would be in our home if it wasn't for Tim.

Tim was always available to answer questions by phone or text message. He took the time to explain the complicated proccess of VA loans. He was available to talk with seller agents to explain the pre qualification for the loan. I also have to mention Carol as well. Great job from a great team!

Tim made the whole process easy for us. From the start where he showed us current loan breakdown vs refinance numbers and helping us all the way through escrow. He always maintained the communication with us through updates via text, phone call, email and even virtual meet ups.

Tim is very straightforward and presented us factual analysis, scenarios, and figures. From application, analysis, appraisal, termite inspection to notary signing – all done either virtual or while practicing social distancing. The whole process went flawless. It is almost paperless from beginning to end except of course on the notary part. My husband and I are so happy to do business with Tim and his hard-working team.

My wife and I were glad to have found him online. We just refinanced our home and Tim walked us through all the necessary steps to get this done. During this COVID19 everything almost became virtual. Tim, used state-of-the art tools like Total Cost Analysis reinforced with video messaging.The whole process took over a month but with all this social distancing, that is phenomenal!The only thing we regret and feel sorry, is not having to shake his hand.
